The Gaylord Palms Resort is currently sold out on the nights of the 16th, 17th & 18th with very limited availability on the 19th & 22nd of February. Please note that you must make hotel reservations by the cut-off date of January 25, 2016. With rooms selling out quickly, we encourage you to make your reservations ASAP. We recommend full-conference registrants check in on 2/20 (Saturday) and out on 2/23 (Final Day of Conference) or 2/24 (Wednesday).
